We begin with an upbeat, feel-good movement session set to a curated playlist, inviting you to shake, sway, and move intuitively—awakening your body, loosening the mind, and tapping into pure joy. From there, you’ll melt into a deeply restorative sound bath, where soothing vibrations guide you into stillness and inner calm. During this space, each participant will receive a touch of Reiki, offering subtle energetic support, relaxation, and a sense of deep harmony.
